The only way to start this week’s recap was to scream quickly at our beauty queen, Rosalía. Now, the singer’s subtle rhythm, glassy nails and soapy brows in her latest photo may have led you to think this is a moment unworthy of a place in our coveted roundup, but the art of the eye that characterizes it elevates it. to the status of one of our favorite of the week. With two subtle yet dramatic lines of crimson shadow sweeping under the artist’s brows, it features a fox-like tear-off silhouette of winged eyeliner, giving the otherwise subtle look a serious elevation. Simple but expressive, Rosalía has just dropped our festival pace for this summer, and we are grateful to her for that.

Storm Reid lets us know that inner eyeshadow is here to stay

We all remember when Kylie Jenner broke the internet with her inner eyeshadow. Getting us to reach out to our most psychedelic eyeshadow palettes and sprinkle our feeds while each celebrity and their mother gave us their own take on the look was truly a trick of the moment. Good, Euphoria actress Storm Reid is here to prove she still is. Taking a candid selfie on his Instagram, the actor served up donut-shaped frosted lips, ripped eyeliner, and perfectly carved brows, which accompanied the star of the show: a flash of bubble gum pink eyeshadow. BRB, we’re just dusting off our eyeshadow brushes and neon palettes.

Bimini Bon Boulash was a Barbie

If a full coverage look is what you aim to achieve before a public holiday spent celebrating the days and nights, Bimini Bon Boulash has just the thing for you. Serving up old-school, high-intensity glam this week, the Ru Paul’s Endurance Race the star morphed into a dusty rose gold color palette that morphed into a glossy nude lip, warm blush, and striking shimmering eyelid, all of which contributed to the Hollywood vibe surrounding the look. With a pink Barbie dress that beautifully highlights the hue chosen here, Bimini made us want to rock all pink all for the predictable.

We always expect the unexpected when it comes to avant-garde modeling and extraordinary makeup around the world. But, even then, her latest look was unforgettable. By painting a literal heat map on her face – yes of her, you heard us correctly – the Instagram sensation blurred deep blue and red undertones with shocking yellows in an art-like facepaint display. With a sharply cut peroxide blonde pixie juxtaposing artistic performance, it becomes virtually impossible to look away. We will definitely try some face paint on her this holiday!

The old met the new in Dove Cameron’s latest look

To round out this week’s list, we thought we’d check out the beauty journey that was Dover Cameron’s last show. Throwing it all back, the actress turned to Kim K’s approved wet look as her new brunette locks radiated an effortless energy synonymous with the hair trend that once dominated our feeds. But, in an effort to cast the gaze into the present, Cameron turned to the ingenious minds mentioned above Euphoria for a moment of crystallized black eyeliner that would have made Maddy and Cassie tremble in their Prada boots. Transcendent of eras, Dove killed with this most recent performance.
