Colourpop Cosmetics has launched a “Avatar: the Last Airbender” makeup collection – See photos

Again, Colourpop cosmetics has created a beauty collection inspired by a beloved TV show: Avatar: the last airbender. The brand has launched countless collections full of makeup products based on mythical worlds and characters in movies and shows such as Nightmares before Christmas, Super Goodies, and even Lizzie McGuire, so he’s pretty well versed in the topic if epic collaborations. The Avatar: the last airbender The collection includes 13 makeup and skincare products dedicated to some of your favorite characters including Aang, Katara and Appa.

Like many Colourpop collections, this one also comes with an eyeshadow palette. The Avatar: The Last Airbender Pressed Powder Palette ($ 22) has 12 different shades with matte, shimmer, and two-tone finishes. This palette is dedicated to the four elements (earth, water, fire, air), so there is a mix of red, blue, green and yellow shades as well as some neutral shades. The symbol of each element is imprinted on four shadows.

Each element is represented by three shades in this palette. There is a dull periwinkle blue shade aptly named Water Tribe and a dull dark olive hue to represent the earth element called Earth Rumble. We’re sure fans will also love the shimmering red hue called Dancing Dragon and the vibrant scarlet hue called Comet, which are obviously picking up on the fire element. Air has dull mustard yellow called Air Temple and a brown shade called Vortex.

There is more to the eyes. The brand has created four metallic So Elemental Crème Gel Liners ($ 8) inspired by Aang, Zuko, Katara and Toph. Aang’s eyeliner is a beige called Blown Away. For Zuko, the brand created Fiery Fierce, a burgundy shade. Unsurprisingly, Katara’s shade is in the blue family, specifically a cornflower blue called Making Waves. The last of the four eyeliners is Toph’s reddish-brown Groundbreaker.

The brand has not forgotten the face and lips. For the cheeks, there are two Super Shock Highlighters ($ 12) called Got Glow and Moon Peach. Got Glow is a champagne shade and Moon Peach is an orange shade. Super Shock Highlighters are known for their velvety texture rich in glitter to give the face a wonderful glow.

There are also two lip products, most notably Lip Stains ($ 9) in the Fanatic and Sealed with a Kiss shade for those days when you want a pigment-rich glossy lip color. Fanatic is an apple red candy inspired by Kyoshi Warrior Suki. On the other hand, Sealed with a Kiss is more on the neutral side, a dark peach shade.

This collection also includes three skin care products from Colourpop Cosmetics’ sister brand, Fourth Ray Beauty. The Water & Earth Face Mask Mini Kit ($ 22) has two mud masks: Big Detox Mud Mask and Soak It Up Hydrating Mask. The Big Detox Mud Mask is the “earthy” part of the kit and is designed to help purify the skin. On the other hand, the Soak It Up Moisturizing Mask is rich in hyaluronic acid, aloe vera and vitamin E to hydrate the skin, which is why it is half the “water” of the kit.
